I am a person centered/Integrative counselling therapist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling Psychology. I am a professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychological Association (CCPA) as a Certified Canadian Counsellor(CCC). In addition, I am the current Saskatchewan Representative on the National Board of Directors for the CCPA.
I love to help and to listen. I have combined both of these passions into creating a safe and inclusive space where you will be heard and affirmed.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which I have found to be effective in the treatment of PTSD and CPTSD along with many other mental health issues.
